Hi, I’m Carlene — the heart behind Wonder Bloom Gifts.

Now before i start i LOVE sweets and gift boxes and hampers but below is where i came up with the idea of comfort boxes.

My journey began from a deeply personal place. A few years ago, my world changed when my dear mother suffered a stroke. For the past two years, she has been bedridden, non-verbal, and now in the final stage of life. Grieving someone who is still here — yet not quite the same — has been one of the hardest experiences of my life.

Through that pain, I found a new kind of purpose. I realised how powerful it is to show you care, not just in times of loss, but in moments of joy, hope, and healing. Whether someone is going through something difficult, or celebrating life’s precious moments, the smallest gesture can mean everything — a reminder that they are seen, loved, and not alone.

That’s how Wonder Bloom Gifts was born. Each of my gift hampers is made with love, care, and thoughtfulness — designed to comfort, uplift, and bring a smile when it’s needed most. From grief to gratitude, sadness to celebration, I want every box to carry a message of kindness and connection.

Creating these boxes brings me peace and happiness, and my hope is that they bring the same warmth to others. Life has taught me to make the most of every moment and every celebration — and to always, always show you care.
